What we collect
When you post a request we store the details you enter (category, description, postcode, name, email, phone). If you create an account we store your email and profile data. Server logs record IP address and browser data for security and stability.
Why and on what legal basis
We use your data to match you with a suitable helper and to carry out the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the platform secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your contact details are shared only with the helper handling your request.
Processors
Hosting, database and email delivery run on service providers within the EU or under standard contractual clauses. They process data only on our instructions.
Storage period
Requests are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and to answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and object to processing. Write to us at the email above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, for Bavaria the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
